Lakeville Electric Inc. truly is, in every sense of the word, a small business. Tom Maurer started the business in May of 2001. Ten years in the carpentry and general contracting business prepared him for an exciting career change into the electrical contracting field. After receiving his Class A master electrician license in the spring of 2008, Tom has made Lakeville Electric Inc. into a "one-man-shop".
From bidding and invoicing, to installing and clean-up, Tom touches everything. If you're lucky, you might have his wife Martha answer the phone. Besides being licensed, bonded, and insured, Tom also completed a lead based paint abatement course in January of 2010.
