Vinco, Inc. was established in 1997 as a wireless construction contractor based in Minnesota and has developed into a nationwide wireless and electrical contractor.
One of the things that sets us apart from our similar-sized competitors is that a large portion of the work we do is completed by current Vinco employees rather than a staff that was hastily assembled from outside sources after we were awarded a project.
We do have a network of quality subcontractors that we incorporate into our project teams when the volume is more than our current staff can support within the customer's specified timeframes.

Once the site is built, our maintenance group can ensure that the site is functioning as intended.
We have worked for all of the major carriers, site developers, and build-to-suit tower companies across the U.S. Our personnel are experienced building typical cell sites as well as custom installations such as water tanks, rooftops, stealth structures, indoor and outdoor DAS, and small cells.

Our safety training is continuously being reviewed and updated in order to stay at the forefront of new techniques and equipment availability to create a safe working environment.
Safety training is required for all field personnel, and administrative and management staff are trained on some of the applicable items.

Vinco Inc. (Vinco) offers practical exams for the National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) Telecom Tower Technician 1 & 2 (TTT-1 & TTT-2) certification.
These standardized tests are required by some carriers and tower owners, and verify that the individual has the knowledge and skills to perform tower work in the Telecom industry.
An NWSA certification is valid for 5 years after completion, but does not replace Tower Safety and Rescue or Rigging certifications.
Please note that Vinco only offers practical exams.
