Jesse of J&M Electrical Services has been my electrician for 10 years now and his work is very professional and top notch. His prices are also very reasonable. Jesse, from J&M came out through our home warranty company. I file the claim on Sunday night, and by Monday morning about 9am, I received a call to schedule a time for him to come out and look at my problem.
He gave me a 30 minute window, and arrived about 5 minutes after the window of time had started. This is a big deal to me, because other repairs usually give you a 4 hour window and then don't show up until the end of the window. I told him the problem we were having, and he took the plate off one of the switches and proceeded to test where the problem was coming from.
He narrowed it down to a specific light switch which happened to be 3 light switches in one box. It took him about an hour to fix the problem, and then we had power! He was very friendly, and did not make me feel like my problem was a waste of his time. He was so easy to work with that we will probably have him do some work we'd like done.
