When the developers of the Moshulu, a 4 masted sailing ship turned into a commercial restaurant docked on the Delaware River in Old City Philadelphila needed an electrical contractor they came to Academy for all electrical design, engineering and complete installation of electrical systems for a fully functioning restaurant. Mr. Marinari was asked to personally design and engineer all of the exterior lighting for the ship to include, mast lighting, up lighting for rigging and outline for sails.

This project, located at Princeton University in Princeton, NJ, is a two phase multi-dwelling project consisting of 320,000 sf, 326 unit apartments, condominiums and town homes.
Phase 1 was completed in early 2015, and Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2015.
This project, located in West Chester, PA, consisted of new construction of 132 student dormitories, one facilities building and one 5,000 square foot student clubhouse.

A Lightning prevention system, methane gas detection system and carbon monoxide detection system were installed.
