Hi Thank you for the professional who carefully and thoughtfully provided an assessment of my furnace, very effective communicator, patient, and adjusted for my lack of knowledge. I trusted his recommendations and his work. I did not expect to need to oat almost $1000. Yet believe it was the responsible decision, given his expert approach and obvious expert advice. All appreciated.

We have had a great experience with Belred so far. Their electrical team (Thomas Kim & Dylan Jonas) is excellent. They addressed all our concerns professionally and gave good advice where required. We will surly recommend them for projects around the house.

Mark, Gyramil and Tanner installed a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump that included significant duct re-work. They worked efficiently, and provided a good quality product. I appreciated their attention to detail. They were willing to explain the new equipment to me and answered all my questions pleasantly. I would be happy to have them work for me in the future.

BelRed has done it again! Hector came to our home and did a professional job. He explained the process, kept me updated along the way, cleaned up a afterwards, and delivered superior quality work. Most importantly to me, he did it with a smile and a fantastic attitude!

Honest service by Daniel Tinkler to complete the portion of work related to the furnace in the new $20,000 system we purchased. Very smart and well informed. Tech savvy. Keep hiring and promoting good technicians like him! Unfortunately the job was going to be a day but the compressor/heat pump still is not ready to be switched on after three days.

I'm out two extra days wages. This is not Daniel's fault and he explained the mistakes made in scoping the work (before the work was started) really well. I hope the work will be completed and we will not be left with an incomplete system!

B-Sean did a great job of servicing our HVAC system. Jared Roberts, Matias, and William Barcenas provided excellent inspections of electrical and plumbing. Their recommendations were professional and sincere. They were all attentive and thorough in their work and communication.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He checked up our HVAC and provided helpful tips. He also helped us set up an alarm to change the filters. Matias Keupuchur and his apprentice, Jared Roberts conducted an annual electrical inspection at our home. They were on time, professional and responsive to our questions. They knew their trade very well and were courteous and respectful throughout their inspection. They are both great assets to the BelRed team!

Once again working with BelRed was beyond what we expected. The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and cordial, and always look after the most reasonable solutions. This time around I needed a special assessment of our furnace. Lawrence was the expert technician who provided service. He was meticulous and thorough, and took several hours to assess the situation. I highly recommend BelRed services if you want stellar support at very reasonable prices.

Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

Alex "the electrician" is above and beyond. He is one of the team who replacing our furnace from Bel-Red. He is easy to work with and understand the project we need. He puts light switch in our furnace room which we never thought about. We are very pleased with his exceptional work and think outside the box attitude. The rest of the team (Rodrigo, Alex the HVAC, and Dustin) are as awesome as Alex the electrician. They are very cooperative and got the job done nicely. We met Hayden for quote and trusted him that we made the right decision to go with Bel-Red. Kiddos guys!

No complaints about the service, however, his arrival was at least a half an hour beyond the window of 1 to 5 PM. This may not have been his fault but I wish there was a way for service personnel to notify customers like me of their ETAs when arrival time is expected to be late. Further question: Jason said he turned off and air filter function while I was washing the two air filters. Now that these are ready to be reinstalled what do I need to do to turn this back on?

9/25/23 We needed to have a follow up call. System quit working. Kevin was the tech who was sent out. He explained in great detail what the problem was. Kevin was thorough, patient and we are very confident the system will be up and running smoothly once the new parts arrive.

Steven was phenomenal! He worked on both of my ac units addressing different issues with each, explaining everything along the way. He went above and beyond by changing his work schedule for the day to extend his visit (instead of making me have to schedule a follow up appointment) to address the issues he found. I couldn't recommend Steven and this service highly, enough! Thank you!

George from Bel-Red heating cooling and plumbing was very prompt and courteous. Didn't push any sales on me, and gave me time to think about the cost of replacing blow motor. He also put a cover over his shoes before I enter my house which I appreciate it very much.

Cade and Oscar are fantastic electricians: they installed my Tesla wall connector today with super quality and speed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful for my choice of wall connectors. I will recommend them for electrical jobs any time!

Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

Evan was great to work with He was very thorough in the inspection and service of our AC unit. He made recommendations for parts and service to help improve out AC units efficiency. I appreciated all of the time and effort taken to assure our AC was working and all of our questions were answered.

Joshua, Michael and their team did a fantastic job installing a heat pump. They came in around 9 and were all done before 5 with no messes or surprises. Very easy to work with, and I'm glad we went with BelRed.

Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.

Sean was very professional and efficient; he was also very personable and receptive to questions I had. We were notified by text that Sean was en route to do the inspection, and he arrive not long afterwards. Throughout the inspection, Sean was informative and demonstrated extensive product knowledge regarding our heat pump and furnace, and offered suggestions as to how to maintain the units for longevity and maximum efficiency. George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.

He was always friendly and yet very professional. He's the kind of guy who makes it easy to recommend BelRed to others we know in the area who might need such services. It was a pleasure working with him.

I had a great time in engaging BelRed for AC installations and yearly maintenance. They are always proactive in informing me about last minute cancellations or changes in appointments. We were in a pinch and needed someone to come take a look at a few things on our furnace and BelRed was amazing. The first lady we talked to on the phone (I forget her name) was great, she worked us in the next day. We ended up having to call and change the time and Maria was super helpful getting us set up. Our technician, Gabriel G. went the extra mile to help us get our furnace/thermostat in working order. He was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I just purchased a new Bosch heat pump. I was apprehensive in the beginning not knowing anything about HVAC, but after the consultation, I felt educated and confident. Laura K. was my sales consultant and I couldn't be more pleased. Laura arrived on time, very friendly, but more important very thorough. She had an answer for just about all of my questions (which were many).

The questions she couldn't answer she got an answer for quickly. She knows her equipment/brands! I worked with her for about 3 weeks before I finally made my decision to go with BelRed. Not once did I feed pushed or rushed. Punctual, professional, informative, very thorough, excellent follow-up. What else can a client ask for? I got a number of quotes for a panel upgrade in my home that currently had an out of code panel that was also a fire hazard. After doing some further research I decided to go with Bel-Red. Although it was not the cheapest of my options, I fully believe it was of the best quality. The techs that did the panel upgrade and replacement were Justin C., Oscar H. and Vicente B.

These gentleman need a raise. They were extremely professional, clean and did a fantastic job. The wiring behind the panel is honestly an OCD persons dream. With each being labeled and perfectly aligned and straight. I will be having further electrical work done in the future and fully intend to hire Bel-Red to do the work. (EV Charger, hot tub and switching some rooms to different breakers) The process was explained very clearly, so I didn't have many questions.

The walk through was also very clearly explained and the few questions I did have were answered clearly. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any type of home repairs. These three gentleman stayed late on a Friday night and came early Saturday to do a few extra things that I wanted to have done (change out the 240v and properly mounted it in a box and rewired the microwave to a stand alone circuit) and this was over a long 4 day weekend. I will certainly be a returning customer to Bel-Red because of how well these electricians did. Thank you!
