We verify all detail such as; voltages of lighting fixtures, gear, product application, mounting requirements, lead times, quantities of all components and release dates of all components.Once rough-in installation has begun, we record with a set of drawings identifying all major conduit runs. Drawings are reviewed and confirmed at each phase of construction.
As raceways are complete, we pull strings through each one verifying a clear path. Prior to energizing, we perform a circuit integrity test on each cable. As finish occurs, Peerless Electric devices & trims all items in a given room. A designated person is responsible to walk each room, after completion, to verify that all available work has been completed.
