I needed to replace a ceiling fan. I purchased the fan and scheduled installation with a company the store recommended but after waiting all day the company ghosted me. Thus I looked for another company on Yelp. Switch Electric had a better price than the competitors so I scheduled installation with them. They arrived on time today and installation went well so I can recommend this company

We needed a light/wire installed in our guest bedroom that had no ceiling light. Switch Electric was the first place to respond to our quote request and were great to work with. They were able to install the light very quickly and grateful for their follow through! Nice to find a reliable electric company!

Absolutely thrilled with Switch Electric. A little back story, our home lost power in 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, the kitchen, & a couple outlets. We hired someone off of Angie's List (NOT THIS COMPANY) & the person said they couldn't figure it out, they would have to make a hole in the wall to see more, etc. & we were charged $300. **nothing was fixed, the person was here for less than an house**
We knew it would be an expensive project so needed to hold off a couple months and use extension cords. Decided it was time to try again and I saw Switch Electric on here with great reviews so decided to give them a shot. They had my whole house back up and running within 30 minutes! The gentleman was professional, kind, explained the problem, & even explained what kind of work we can get done to ensure the problem doesn't happen again. We will most definitely be doing that project soon, and we are now a loyal customer to Switch Electric! Scheduling, price, service, all of it, 10/10.

I was looking to hire a small family type company to install a 30 amp RV outlet at my home. I found exactly what I was looking for. From the initial call with Joanna, to the free estimate from Duane, to the remarkable service delivered by Ryan (the electrician that did the work)....I can't say enough about how customer oriented they are. When things were running a bit behind for Duane (the 1 hour window for the estimate), I got a call. When he was finally free to head my way, I got a call. All the while, I was never left in the dark. Great communication, great work, great employee(Ryan) that really fits with the family atmosphere of the company. Oh, and very reasonable prices. I will never search again for an electrical contractor. Switch is it.

We recently moved here and I had long honey-do list. Thankfully, Switch Electric got me off-the-hook for some of it:
--Add remotes/wall-switches to 2 fans
--Add an outlet in the closet (feed the Dyson)
--Convert the CAT5 phone cable from RJ12 to RJ45 & change out some wall-plates so I can make use of the broadband I'm paying for (I'll finish the job with a 1GB switch in the garage - but wait, the nearest outlet is on the wrong wall).
--Add some outlets to the garage (who builds a 7 year-old house with 2 outlets in the garage, and within inches of each other ON THE SAME WALL? I know, I'm obsessing about my outlet fetish, but damn, ... just damn!)
--Punch a new outside outlet from the new garage outlet. (Here I go again...)
Done and dusted, without waiting a month for an estimate and another month to complete the work - at a price that made feel guilt-free about leaving the ladder on the wall. Thanks, you are on my go-to list!!

I called a few places to have electric hooked up to our new hot tub... I must have call five different places... All of them were either weeks away from giving me a quote, or they just seemed uninterested in earning my business. As soon as I called Switch Electric I got a hold of Dwayne immediately and he was scheduling me for a quote that week. Not only was Dwayne extremely knowledgeable about how to handle my project, but he was just really easy to work with. From scheduling the 240v install to answering all my questions... The whole experience was just easy and pleasant... I would recommend Switch Electric to anyone in need of electrical services.
